How did you meet this horse?

Óskar is born and raised at our farm “Stutteri Rendborg”

Can you describe the character of this horse?

Óskar is a powerful horse, but he is always controllable and listens to his rider.

How long have you had Óskar?

Since he was born in 2013.

What is the most memorable moment together?

2 of our biggest moments with Óskar have been when he was shown at the breeding show at Kronshof last year, and a couple of months later when his mother Dalla received the honorary prize for offsprings and he participated in the show as her highest judged offspring. We were really proud to see him show off at the pacetrack with his magnificent pace and huge x-factor.

What is the highest score of the horse?

Our main focus with Óskar last yearwas the breeding show, and due to Corona and the very limited number of competitions, he hasn’t competed yet. However, he is ready to compete in sport or gædingakeppni with his future rider.

What makes this horse so special?

Óskar really stands out in a crowd with his beautiful conformation and ALL his hair – his 9.5 for mane and tail was well deserved!:)

What is Óskar best at?

Óskar has 5 easy and well-separated gaits, but  his pace stands out especially. At the breedingshow it was rewarded with 9.0, the transition into pace is really easy for him, and it is really fast and clearbeated. This makes him a great candidate for 5gait and Pacetest.

Why is it time for you to part?

The reason we want to sell Óskar is, that we have too many stallions and the fact that most of our breeding is based on his mothers genes, so we can’t use him with our mares.

Can you sketch the perfect owner for Óskar?

In our opinion the perfect new owner for Óskar would be an ambitious and experienced rider who wants a really talented competitionhorse, or a breeder who wants to breed horses with great gaits and beautiful conformation.
